The Certificate IV in School Based Education Support offered by MCIE is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge required to support students in educational settings. Graduates of this program will be well-prepared to pursue roles such as Teacher Aide, Education Support Worker, and Inclusion Support Worker, contributing positively to the educational experiences of students across Australia. Eligibility
To be eligible to study this course, applicants must meet the following entry requirements:
- Complete a Pre-Training Review and meet the Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skill standards for this program level and/or,
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of at least 18 years of age and/or,
- Have a Unique Student Identification (USI) number and/or,
- Demonstrate sufficient digital literacy skills to access online content and communicate with trainers.
