Course Rundown
If you’ve always wanted to work as a personal trainer, and are looking for a way to become qualified quickly, then this Fast-Track Personal Training Course from Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (AIPT) could be an ideal option for you.
AIPT’s Fast-Track Personal Training Course consists of SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness, the qualification that allows you to start working as a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, plus all the units you need to complete to become eligible to study the SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness (these units are a part of the SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness), packaged into one convenient course. You will learn essential skills such as how to develop personalised training programs, how to asses client movement and provide exercise advice, how to plan and instruct online exercise sessions, as well as a host of skills that will allow you to set up, promote and run your own personal training business.
The course consists of the theoretical component which can be completed 100% online, plus 44.5 hours of practical learning at the gym. The practical component can be either completed at an one of AIPT campus club gyms as a part of a small group mentored by the best trainers in business and delivered according to a set timetable, with a 1-to-1 mentor assigned to you with the flexibility of setting your own timetable, or with a mentor of your choice (if you know one and this is your preference) who is fully qualified and approved by AIPT as a suitable mentor for the practical component of the course.
