Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate IV in Human Resources (BSB41015) from the College for Adult Learning.
Graduates are prepared to seek entry-level employment in any part of the HR function, or in a supporting role to a HR Manager. This course also offers a path to further study in the form of a Diploma of Human Resources Management or Diploma of Leadership and Management.
