I am an experienced rehabilitation counsellor and would be very interested in working with RTW Solutions because of your reputation in the sector and the high level of service you provide. With my background in both rehabilitation counselling and HR, I believe I would be an ideal fit for your organisation.

I have completed a Bachelor of Psychology and Diploma of Human Resources Management, and have full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and AHPRA. I am currently working as a rehabilitation counsellor at the Career Support Network (CSN), acting in a multidisciplinary team to help clients achieve optimal health and career outcomes following injury or illness.

In my role at the CSN I provide empathetic, informed support to clients, grounded in an in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation, workers’ compensation and OH&S policies and legislation. I work hard to create a supportive, nurturing environment that encourages clients to explore possibilities for returning to work with hope and positivity.

More specifically, I provide advice and guidance on injury and pain management, return to work plans and health and safety issues; perform vocational assessment and case management and reviews; liaise with government agencies, health professionals, insurance companies, employers and other support services; and prepare relevant documentation and reports. I have excellent relationship-building, negotiating and time management skills, as well as strong report-writing abilities.

Most importantly, I possess energy and passion for my work, which I consider to be important for clients, employers and the community at large.
