The Certificate IV in Aged Care is quickly becoming a requirement for all Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) as more employers seek qualified workers to provide services to the elderly with complex needs. Additionally, you will gain the necessary skills to train and support other workers and residents to promote independence and community participation.
