The nationally accredited HLT47321 Certificate IV in Health Administration  teaches you how to understand and apply medical terminology, lead effective workplace relationships, communicate effectively with clients and work in a culturally diverse environment.

With a HLT47321 Certificate IV in Health Administration you’ll be able to perform a range of administrative functions in health services, both autonomously and as a senior member of staff in an administrative team. You may find yourself working in medical institutions, such as clinics, hospitals, community health centres and private practices. Once you’ve attained this online health care qualification, you can also choose to continue your studies and expand your career opportunities with a Diploma of Practice Management.

Complete this course online, at your own pace, with flexibility that could see you complete your qualification in 12 months or less.

You’ll be required to complete practical tasks under the direction of a qualified supervisor as indicated in the assessment requirements of each unit of competency. This includes the completion of task documents and templates, which you must complete with observation tasks. This assessment must be completed in a pre-approved health administration workplace under the direct supervision of a suitably qualified, pre-approved workplace supervisor or supervisors.
