Chinese remedial massage utilises a range of manual therapy techniques developed within Chinese medicine to assess and support conditions commonly experienced within the community. Techniques including tui na (Chinese remedial massage), acupressure, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, topical herbal applications, and medical Qi Gong are utilised to holistically support clients across the lifespan with special emphasis on clinical and musculoskeletal conditions.

The Diploma of Health Science (Chinese Remedial Massage) from Endeavour College of Natural Health provides students an option to specialise in the application of tui na and auxiliary therapies for both musculoskeletal conditions and in the management and support of a wide variety of internal medicine conditions and across the stages of the life cycle.

The course also includes extra skills training in pregnancy, reflexology, myofascial cupping, and dry needling.

This qualification is fully recognised by Australia’s leading Massage Associations, giving graduates access to membership and ability to offer health rebates to their clients with private health cover

Students will complete a theory component online & practical components through a mix of face-to-face on-campus delivery and work placement sourced by the student.

The course takes 52 weeks of full time study to complete (4 x 10 week terms), with campus attendance required two day per week.
