The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management covers a broad range of practical leadership and management skills, including emotional intelligence, communication and influence, critical thinking, team effectiveness, people performance management, operational planning, and leading diverse and inclusive workforces. Learning is delivered through a blended online model that combines weekly live trainer-led Zoom sessions with flexible self-paced study through an online learning management system. The course runs over 12 months, with an estimated 26 hours of study per week, and no workplace placement is required.
