Course Rundown

The Master of Business Administration (Applied AI Leadership), offered by AIM Business School, is a postgraduate qualification designed for working professionals who want to build the skills to move towards senior leadership roles in an increasingly digital and AI-driven business environment. Accredited by TEQSA at Australian Qualifications Framework Level 9, this program blends business fundamentals with a forward-focused specialisation in AI strategy, data analytics and digital leadership. It is structured as part of a progressive pathway, so students can build towards the full qualification by first completing a Graduate Certificate in Applied AI Leadership and then a Graduate Diploma in Applied AI Leadership, earning a recognised qualification at each stage.

Students choose from core business units such as decision-making, managerial finance, marketing management and operational improvement, alongside specialisation units in AI strategy, governance and leadership, analytics and business transformation, data and AI for strategic decision-making, and future technologies. They also choose three electives, in areas such as agile management, cybersecurity governance, entrepreneurship and organisational change, to tailor the qualification to their own work. The program finishes with an Applied Capstone Project, where students put their learning into practice. There are no exams. Assessment is project-based and grounded in each student’s own workplace and industry.

Delivered entirely online, the program is built for busy professionals who need flexibility. AIM Business School offers flexible intakes and a consistent seven-week unit structure, making it easier to balance study with work and personal commitments. FEE-HELP is available to eligible students. Students are supported throughout by experienced faculty with senior industry backgrounds, as well as a dedicated student support team. Entry pathways are also available for experienced managers, so relevant management experience may be enough to get started, even without an undergraduate degree. Enquire to learn more.
