How Much Will It Cost?

Total cost for this course is $29,150 (8 subjects at $3,644 per subject).

Students may be eligible for scholarships covering up to 20% of the fee, making the discounted fee $23,320.

Eligible Australian students may choose to defer some, or all, of their tuition fees through FEE-HELP, a loan scheme repaid through the tax system based on income.

FEE-HELP

This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.

Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You’ll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $54,435 (2024-25 financial year).

Start your career with a Diploma of Cybersecurity awarded by Torrens University Australia. No experience is needed.

The course will teach fundamental IT skills, with subjects including programming, data and networking, cloud computing, software engineering and most importantly cybersecurity principles. Our human-centric design focus makes this course unique and, upon graduating, you’ll possess the ability to apply cybersecurity principles towards developing ICT solutions that consider ethical and social responsibilities. Eligibility

To be eligible for this course, students need to have:

  • Completed Year 12 (Australian secondary school certificate) or equivalent, OR
  • Successful completion of a Vocational qualification (AQF Level 4), or above, OR
  • Successful completion of a Higher Education qualification, OR
  • Work life experience demonstrating the ability to undertake study at the required level.
