Built around the values of connection, inclusion, and confident leadership, this course equips learners with the practical skills needed to guide managers and employees through complex workforce matters with fairness and care.

Across 12 units of competency, the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management covers a broad range of human resources functions, including performance development, employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, work health and safety, business risk management, and diversity and inclusion. Learning is delivered through a blended online model that combines weekly live trainer-led Zoom sessions with flexible self-paced study through an online learning management system. The course runs over 12 months, with an estimated study commitment of around 26 hours per week.
