Course Rundown

The TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations is a practical, career-focused qualification delivered by Five Bridges in partnership with Look Now Training. Running for seven to eight weeks in Caboolture, this program is designed to help participants build the entry-level skills and confidence needed to step into roles within the transport and logistics industry. It is a great fit for those looking to start fresh in a new field or strengthen their existing knowledge of road transport. Please note this program is available to Queensland residents only, and eligibility criteria apply.

Throughout the program, participants work through a curriculum covering safe driving practices, vehicle inspections, fatigue management, load handling, and workplace documentation. As part of the program, participants also complete eight employability units aligned with critical skills identified by employers for new employees — these units form part of the FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways framework, though this program does not award the full Certificate II qualification. A standout feature is the inclusion of Heavy Rigid (HR) licence training, equipping participants with a highly practical credential that opens doors across freight, logistics, and transport operations.

Delivered by experienced industry professionals, the course takes a hands-on approach that bridges the gap between learning and real-world readiness. On completion, participants receive a nationally recognised TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations, a certificate of attainment for the eight employability units, and an HR licence. This program is supported by the Queensland Government through its Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative. Enquire to learn more.
