Course Rundown

The Bachelor of Nutrition at Endeavour College of Natural Health is a three-year, fully online degree designed for those who want to make a meaningful difference in community and public health. Aligned with Australia’s public health priorities, the course prepares graduates to work across health promotion, food policy, community nutrition, and corporate wellness — rather than in one-on-one clinical practice. It is worth noting that this degree does not meet the professional accreditation requirements to practise as a clinical nutritionist or dietitian in Australia.

The curriculum is grounded in the social determinants of health and covers a broad range of learning areas, including nutrition science, nutritional biochemistry, dietary planning, health communication, and behaviour change. Students also explore maternal and child nutrition, metabolic regulation, mental health and nutrition, and equity in global food systems. A strong emphasis is placed on cultural safety, with dedicated study of First Nations peoples’ health and wellbeing woven throughout the degree. In later years, students develop skills in food policy and advocacy, health promotion, community public health nutrition, and planetary health and sustainability — equipping them to think critically about nutrition at a population level.

Delivered 100% online with part-time options available, the Bachelor of Nutrition suits those who need flexibility without sacrificing academic rigour. Students benefit from structured digital learning, access to subject specialists for one-on-one consultations, and a supportive online community. This is an accredited Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Higher Education qualification, making it a solid foundation for a career in public health, policy, advocacy, or community-facing nutrition roles.
