The FIT Elite™ Personal Trainer Course (SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness), offered by FIT College, provides students with the skills and qualifications required to work in the fitness industry. The course combines foundation fitness training with advanced personal training knowledge, preparing students to develop and deliver fitness programs for a variety of clients and goals.
In addition to completing both nationally recognised qualifications, students choose a specialisation stream in either ASCA Level 1 Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coaching or the CHCSS00130 Individual Support – Disability Skill Set. The course also includes professional development training in areas such as kettlebell, boxing, and suspension training.
Flexible online and face-to-face study options are available, allowing students to complete their training in a way that suits their schedule. Graduates are equipped with practical skills and industry knowledge that can support careers in personal training, fitness coaching, gym instruction, and related fitness roles. Enquire to learn more.
There are no entry requirements however, FIT College does not accept students under 14 years of age, and all students must meet LLN requirements.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive the SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness from FIT College.
These nationally recognised qualifications provide the skills and knowledge required to pursue a range of opportunities within the fitness industry. Graduates may seek employment as Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, Group Fitness Instructors, or Gym Instructors in commercial fitness centres, community organisations, and health and fitness facilities.
As part of the FIT Elite™ package, students also complete a specialisation stream in either Strength and Conditioning (ASCA Level 1 Accredited S&C Coaching Stream) or the CHCSS00130 Individual Support – Disability Skill Set. These additional credentials allow graduates to further develop their expertise in areas such as athletic performance or supporting clients with disability.

Graduates may also be eligible to apply for registration with relevant industry bodies, supporting ongoing professional development and career progression within the fitness sector.
